We have a friend who’s neighbor is selling his beachfront property in Bear Lake for $665,900 and is in trouble. This will be a short sale, but the value is there. There was a sold comp for $775,000 and there are two other actives around $800,000, so I think it’s a pretty good deal. Anybody thinking about Bear Lake should take a look.

Under $100 a FOOT Nice east side

The days are back where you can find a NICE, FAR EAST property for UNDER $100 a foot. Back kin 2004 I wrote and article and in it I predicted that east side property would be selling above $100 a foot on average. Many laughed and then in 2005 and 2006 we FAR exceeeded that. Some nieghborhoods got to an average of just under $200 a foot! Well now in 2008 we are seeing some properties back to under $100 a foot. The avarage still remains around $140 a foot. here are some of the best deals in the arena in my opinion:
