Ok everyone, all of you who are looking for a deal this is it. You need to move fast. Do the math it is only $59 a square foot. If you wait and think to hard it will be gone. Consider the fact the average square foot price in salt lake is still $100… That is almost half off. I don’t care if it is TLC, that’s why it is priced where it is. So if you are a young couple wanting to get ahead, buy this and build some real equity…
