The $6,000 New Construction grants offered by the state of Utah are all officially gone as of yesterday. There were about 1,600 to start and there are none left. Hopefully you weren’t sitting on the fence waiting to find the right new construction property to use this.
Don’t let the other $8,000 tax incentive pass you by either. It is up at the end of the year and really is an amazing benefit for first time home buyers. Please let us know if you have any questions about how to use this.

Things are moving along on the new project! We have taken 5 reservations so far and have had many showings. The sales office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays til 5:00. Please come down and check out one of Salt Lake’s newest projects.
The project qualifies for all the government incentives ($8,000 tax credit and the $6,000 Home Run Grant), and the builder is offering a $2,000 credit now as well, so that’s a total of $16,000 in savings. I have included a picture of the one bedroom unit that starts at $159,960.
